ENZYME CLEANERS

A bold step forward in sanitation, enzyme cleaners are biotechnology in action. Using selectively adapted micro-organisms (bacteria) which produce only enough enzymes to completely breakdown any organic material, producing only harmless carbon dioxide and water as byproducts. Once all organic material has been eliminated, the harmless bacteria dies off.
Naturally occurring enzymes are the environmentally friendly method of odour reduction and grease reduction. These products remove the need for harsh chemicals which may degrade the environment or impact on the long term health of those people using the solvent based cleaners as well as those people working nearby. An additional benefit is the reduced cost found by many customers for their regular maintenance on grease traps and drains.

FLOOR CARE

No other area of maintenance has such a high cost associated with it as does floor care. The majority (up to 92%) of the cost is a direct result of the labour required to strip and reseal the floor up to six times a year in some institutions. By providing superior products manufactured to our own specifications using cutting edge technology, we are able to reduce the number of
times a floor needs to be stripped significantly. We guarantee that an institution which follows our prescribed Low Maintenance Floor Care Program will reduce the amount of labour required to maintain the floors. In addition, our non-slip floor care program will dramatically reduce the number of claims made as a result of falls on slick surfaces. We also carry a specialty low lustre finish for use in institutions where a wet look finish can create problems.
