Lint Free

Manufactured in Canada and produced under strict ISO quality guidelines using state of the art equipment to our exacting specifications, these 100% Polyester Tubular Wipers are ideal for use in environments where lint would be a detriment during final finishing of a product. The tubular nature of the wipers not only removes any possibility of fraying but also allows for a larger usable surface area thus reducing the number of wipers required to perform a task. The 150 denier yarn is manufactured in a Jersey Knit style. The ends are sealed and rolled using a unique hot wire cut process to prevent fibre dissipation. The wipers are then "Clean Room" laundered to remove oily residues, curl the edges and increase the absorbency. Finally, the wipers are bulk packed in a 11DPE bag to prevent contamination before being boxed.

POL4200C	20" Long x 9.75"	25 lb per carton	(approx. 275 pieces per carton)

White Hercules Wipers (WIP925):

The same product as above except in white for use where a strict lack of colour is required. It is available in either a standard pack or it can be specially packages to meet your requirements. Standard pack is 2 bags of 250 pieces per case, each piece approximately 13" x 14" in size.

Other lengths are available as a special order item. In addition square cut pieces and forearm covers are also available.
