Canadian Mill Supply Extended Warranty
For Ashford Formula Treated Floors

Material Warranty

For a period of twenty (20) years commencing the date on which the manufacturer’s original warranty ends, Canadian Mill Supply warrants to the owner that the treated surface will remain dustproof, hardened and abrasion resistant provided that only Canadian Mill Supply’s DC 301 Concrete Cleaner is used to clean the treated surface according to the instructions provided with the product. In order to qualify for this extended warranty, use of DC 301 Concrete Cleaner must begin within a twelve (12) month period after the surface has been treated and the floor must be cleaned at least twice per week. In the event that the surface fails to perform, Canadian Mill Supply will, at its own expense, supply sufficient Ashford Formula to repair any such failure.

 Conditions

This warranty applies only to the application of Ashford Formula to properly prepared and structurally sound concrete surfaces only, and is void if structural faults occur due to faulty workmanship, improper design or cracking and failure of materials other than the Ashford Formula. 

Upon notification by the owner of any failure of the surface to perform as warranted herein, the owner must grant Canadian Mill Supply or its agent access to the surface during normal business hours. This warranty agreement is void if the performance of the surface is impaired by any alterations made to the surface without warrantors’ written approval, by treatments done on the surface by anyone other than an Authorized Applicator of Ashford Formula, or by any abnormal use or abuse of the surface. 

Canadian Mill Supply shall not be liable in any respect for any damage to the building described herein, contents, other property or persons; nor will it be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, whether based upon negligence or otherwise. The provisions of this warranty shall constitute the owner’s exclusive remedy, and will not be deemed in force until all obligations under the original application contract and all obligations to Canadian Mill Supply and its agents or distributors have been paid in full.
